About Me

My name is BearWoolley, I'm currently 23 and living in London. I am currently a Software Engineer for a large software development company in the UK. I am primarily a backend developer in C# and PHP, but also a frontend developer in HTML, SASS and AngularJS.

I am also a recent University Graduate after achieving a First Class Honours degree (Highest possible grade) in BSc (Hons) Computer Science (Software Engineering)

Worked as a Developer with J2EE for 2 builds of a project that was successfully released both times
Worked with PHP to create a monitoring program to check statuses of other processes. Created by myself and was successfully released
Adapted quickly to moving from J2EE to PHP, with zero PHP knowledge
Improved my team-working skills by working with other team members working on issues that were arising and supporting them with any issues they had
Able to handle pressure when problems arise during builds which resulted in project slipping by 3 weeks
Joined in with community activities, with working with students from schools for STEM challenges
